This is a YAML parser's midnight heart attack: `NO` gets pulled in bare and smoothly, comprehensively becomes the boolean false, so now Norway is a weird liar and `enabled: yes` is the only thing in this file anybody's willing to vouch for. You just let your country list get NaN'd by a damn toggle. Blessed be the config type system, it eats everything.
